Clinical Research Services (CRS)

Clinical Research Services (CRS) has dedicated laboratory space for multidisciplinary research focused on human health. Our facilities are located in the 850 PBC (Wexford) building and Arizona Biomedical Collaborative (ABC) building of Phoenix Bioscience Core in Downtown Phoenix. Clinical Research Services (CRS) provides operational support, equipment and core clinical research services. One floor above CRS is the Wet Lab, which houses state-of-the-art equipment for measuring biomarker analytes, -80 C storage space for study biospecimens, and expert staff to run biomarker assays and train study investigators.

Clinical Research Facilities

CRS provides investigators with experienced clinical research staff. Licensed medical providers, radiologic technologists, registered sonographers, certified phlebotomists, research technicians, clinical research coordinators and project management support. Private exam rooms are designed to be flexible and accommodate various research procedures with a Biosafety level 2 approval.

• Stadiometers, Scales and Vitals Cart stations
• Cardiovascular, Metabolic and Exercise Physiology Lab
• Fully equipped central processing lab for processing, aliquoting and temporary storage of biospecimens with refrigerator, -20 C freezer, two refrigerated centrifuges, two biosafety cabinets and flushing service sink
